We hired Sheldon in the summer of 2006 to manage our tenant improvements for a restaurant we were building. Sheldon was instrumental in the design of the restaurant and kitchen ensuring the space was functional, esthetically appealing and met all health guidelines. He managed the coordination and communication with the landlord, sub-trades, mechanical engineer, and suppliers to meet our budget and timelines. I found Sheldon to be a very dependable Project Manager who readily responded to any communications whether by telephone or email and always delivered as promised.
