MTL home inspection deserves a 6 stars rating , the service was above and beyond our expectations google only allows 5 stars but if it were up to me I would give 10 stars, our inspector Pantelis had all of the attributes that I was seeking, he's very professional and knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff, was very easy to communicate with and explained everything to us thoroughly, his patience is immaculate, we had a particular situation that made the inspection a bit challenging and I have to give credit to Pantelis he handled himself very professionally, he's hands down a trooper, I appreciate how he's honest and made us feel so comfortable, as potential first time home owners I definitely recommend MTL Home Inspection, you will not be disappointed , when I first started researching to find a Home inspection company that felt right for my needs I came across MTL home inspections and felt an instant connection, the other reviews are all accurate because they really live up to their standards.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to explain everything and give tips about condo maintenance to me.

He cared so much that we understand everything about the status and functioning of various elements of the condo unit, including the structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems and their sub-systems and modules.

I like that he explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and made several suggestions for how to resolve certain issues that were found.

In addition to this, the inspection report he provided was clear, concise, and meticulously detailed, making it easy for us to understand the ins and outs of our potential new home

We could tell right away he is very passionate about his work as he went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info we may need for maintenance or upkeep of the home and many suggestions for future work that needs to be done.
