How often should my system be maintained?

For optimal performance and safety, ensure your heat pumps, air conditioners, electric furnaces, gas furnaces, HRVs, and fireplaces receive annual maintenance.

How do I know the size of my filter?

When approaching your furnace, you'll notice two ducts connected to it: one for hot air and the other for cold air return. If only one is visible, explore around the furnace; it might be situated on the top, bottom, or side. Between the furnace and the cold air intake, you'll discover your filter. It could be located on the bottom, side, or top of the furnace. Once located, you can typically remove the filter by pulling it out or identifying a movable component. For higher end filters, professional assistance may be necessary. You can pull it out and look along the edges of the filter for the exact sizing details inscribed there.

Why is my gas furnace turning on and off more then 4 times in an hour?

Your furnace could have a dirty filter or a malfunctioning part that needs to be replaced. First check and replace your filter if needed. if this does not solve your problem please give us a call.

What should I do?
