I had recently had new floors put in and the person who replaced the toilet did not put a high enough seal for the toilet to accomodate the new floors.
Laid out multiple options and suggested the best one, which is what we went with and fixed the job quickly.
Explained the issue with the wax seal on our toilet and fixed everything in under and hour and a half.
