What commercial and condominium maintenance services do Greenway offer?

Like our residential clients, our contracts can include lawn cutting, garden maintenance, spring cleanups, fall cleanups, pruning, bed edging, and mulch installation. For our commercial and condominium properties we are also able to offer winter maintenance services including salting and snow clearing for both sidewalks and parking-lots. We encourage business owners and property managers to reach out to our team for a quote that meets the specific needs of your site.

What is your service area for landscape maintenance clients?

Greenway services Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph and the surrounding areas for property maintenance. However, our ability to take on new properties for landscape or winter maintenance is limited. To see if we can fit you into our seasonal schedules, please reach out to our team.

Does Greenway offer residential snow removal services?

Unfortunately, we are not able to include residential properties as part of our winter maintenance program at this time. This is due to the limitations of both our crews and equipment, as we focus mainly on larger commercial and condominium properties.

Can my maintenance plan be customized to suit the needs of my property?

Yes, you can request a maintenance plan that best suits your properties needs. We offer weekly or bi-weekly maintenance visits for residential properties and can include only the services that make sense for you. Get in touch with us today to request a personalized quote for your property.

Does my project need a design plan?

Not all projects require a design, but we strongly suggest having one done for spaces with multiple or integrated features, or if you are visual and would find having a drawing of your project helpful. The design process is also beneficial to flesh out the details of your dream outdoor space through revisions to create a destination on your property that can be enjoyed for years to come.
