Where does Refinity Homes operate?

We have an extensive portfolio and are always looking to expand our services. We manage properties throughout Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver West, Down Town Vancouver, Surrey, North Vancouver, Toronto, Downtown, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Vaughn.

How do you market/show your rentals?

We market our vacancies both in person and via virtual videos online. We also list the properties on our site along with other popular rental sites as well.

Who do I call?

If you require any maintenance to your property, please do not hesitate to contact us. If an emergency, such as a major leak arises, please try to contact us ASAP.

What notification should be provided if I decide to renew my lease?

If you do intend on renewing your lease, as much notice as you can provide would be greatly appreciated, but we ask that at least 60 days notice is provided.

Where should I send my monthly rent payment?

All monthly rent payments can be mailed to us or you can use our online payment system and pay via ACH. Our payment partner is CSG Forte which has PCI-compliant Level 1, EMV, and encryption.
