This water damage restoration job is completed! This addition suffered from rain damage from improper siding installation as well as a couple other things. As the water damage also infiltrated the joists we had to install new joists, supports and a new beam underneath. We also framed a larger overhang to protect it from the rain as well as reframed the back, installed new insulation, new OSB sheathing, new plywood on the roof, shingles and many more things. Our clients house is now ready for many more decades! On to the next one!
