We help homeowners and contractors with their door, window, and hardware needs - from small renovations to brand new home construction. nnWe are looking for a multi-talented individual who excels at customer service. nnInside Sales Responsibilities:n- Assisting customers with finding the best products to suit their needs, answering questions, and completing the sale.n- Understanding customer needs and requirementsn- Creating purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, etc. n- Identifying new sales opportunities and following upn- Being willing to assist with other areas of the business, as required.nnInside Sales Skills:n- Proven inside sales experience n- Detail-oriented n- Physically strong to lift heavy doors and windows for customersn- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. n- Strong listening and presentation skillsn- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.n- Construction knowledge is an asset.n- Willingness to learn about doors and windowsnnSalary is negotiable, based on skills and experience.
