Le nettoyage de système central, de l’unité de traitement d’air et éventuellement de son système de conduits de ventilation concerne autant les bâtiments collectifs comme les entreprises ou les grandes industries, que les maisons, appartements et condos. Un système central de ventilation sert à prendre l’air extérieur pour ensuite le purifier et le ventiler dans l’ensemble d’un bâtiment à travers un réseau de conduits. Bien sûr, lorsque la centrale est sale, que les filtres sont imprégnés de poussières ou d’impuretés venant de l’extérieur, inévitablement l’air du bâtiment perd en qualité. Pour éviter ce problème inévitable dans le temps et encore plus dans le cas d’un mauvais entretien, il faut faire intervenir des techniciens spécialisés dans le nettoyage de système central.
