What types of appliances do you repair?

Our expert technicians at Pro Appliance are professionally trained and licensed and have the experience you can rely on for your appliance repairs, for any model of any brand. Our service people have training on both electric and gas units, so there is no need for concern if your unit is attached to a gas line or electrical circuit.

Should I repair or replace my existing appliance?

This is a very difficult question to answer so here are a couple of things to consider. First, How old is your current appliance and how many more years could it perform for. If you are only thinking about having your appliance repaired or replacing it with an appliance that is similar in cost to the one you purchased several years ago, quality is an important point to consider. Second, unfortunately, appliances (at similar price points) do not have the same quality nor durability that they used to have. Instead you will either need to pay more money up front for high quality appliance that will last 10+ years or, you will pay less up front for a low end appliance and repair it as issues arise.

Can you diagnose my appliance and give me a quote over the phone?

When you are ready to have your appliance repaired, simply contact us. The customer service representatives at Pro Appliance are always friendly and ready to help you with your appliance service and repair needs. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to accurately diagnose the problem over the phone. During the initial phone call, our customer service representatives will try to gather as much information about the appliance in question and the problem you are having. We will try to anticipate what the repair may consist of and what parts may be needed. We will do our very best to come prepared.

Why are there soap suds left over in my washer after washing a load of laundry?

This is a very common problem. The most likely reason that there are residual soap suds is that you may be using more laundry detergent than is required/recommended for your size of load. A simple solution is to check to see what the recommended amount of detergent should be. Also, keep in mind if your washing machine is a high efficiency (HE) model as less detergent is normally required for these machines.

Approximately how long does an average load of clothes take to dry?

The time it takes for an average load of clothes to dry varies slightly from dryer to dryer but on average, a large load of clothes should take approximately 45 minutes to dry completely. If you notice that your dryer takes significantly longer it can be very frustrating and eat up precious time and money. There may be a problem with your dryer vent system.
