FAQs

How do you charge?

We charge hourly with a flat 1x site-visit fee, however larger jobs (new installs/replacements) are quoted. A visit to site to assess scope of work for larger jobs and provide a quote is always FREE.

What are your Technicians' qualifications?

Our Technicians are Red Seal Certified Journeyman Plumbers and Qualified Gas Fitters. We may have Apprentice Plumbers assist under supervision of a Journeyperson.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 10% discount to seniors (65+), as well as a 10% discount (excluding parts) to Okotoks Chamber of Commerce members (business owners and their staff).

Do you offer financing?

We currently do not offer customer financing; however, we are actively seeking a reputable third-party financing company to partner with, to ensure our services are accessible to all who need them.

Do you offer monthly service programs?

We do not offer subscription-based maintenance programs (i.e. regular monthly payments for service). We DO offer regular maintenance and inspection packages for your systems at a flat-rate.
