Why choose an acrylic surround instead of tile?

Acrylic surrounds provide a better waterproofing system than any tile surround possibly could. All tile installations require grout lines, which consists of sand that is porous and allows water to penetrate in behind the tile over time. Our acrylic wall panels cover the entire wall surface and will prevent water from getting through. We also have many different Stone and Tile design options to choose from, if that tile look is what your heart is set on!

Can I have a deeper tub than my existing steel tub?

Yes, you can! We install deep acrylic soaker bathtubs, which is included in all our bathtub packages. Installing a liner will only make your tub shallower than It currently is.

Can I remove my bathtub and install a walk-in shower instead?

Absolutely! The process is very similar to a bathtub replacement. Once we remove the old bathtub and surround, we install the new plumbing systems to connect with your new shower base. These installations we complete in 2 Days. We allow an extra day for the installation as all of our packages include shower doors, which take more time to install compared to a curtain rod. Showers also commonly have more accessories, such as grab bars and seats. Our goal is always to provide the most efficient service combined with a professional installation!

Do you install wheelchair accessible showers or walk-in bathtubs?

We install custom made marble shower bases with a wheelchair accessible ramp. We also have several different options available for walk-in bathtubs. These units can also include many different options, such as: heated water/air jets, heated seats, chromotherapy and more! As our population ages, both products are becoming more of a necessity. They also allow our loved ones to continue living at home for as long as possible. Feeling safe when bathing or showering is extremely important. These installations are also completed in as little as 2 days. We work closely with our customers, to ensure that all necessary safety accessories are installed according to their specific needs.

What type of warranty do you provide?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own your home! We ensure to use high quality products that we are confident will last for many years ahead. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we try our very best to ensure that any issues that arise are handled quickly and professionally. During any renovation, by any company, there can be issues that arise. The customer service delivered when handling any issue is what matters most. We take great pride in treating our customers with the respect they deserve!
