Our management and supervision team combined has over 100 years of experience in the cleaning industry.

Royal Building Cleaning provides cleaning services to all types of facilities including commercial, industrial, recreational, institutional, medical, condominium, retail, restaurant and food service companies. We also provide cleaning services to government facilities including municipal offices, libraries, and recreational facilities, regional and federal police facilities.

What areas does your company provide residential cleaning services?

Royal Building Cleaning and Underwood Carpet Cleaning provides residential cleaning services to York Region and the surrounding area. This includes maid service, carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, window cleaning, and eaves and siding cleaning.

Can you provide cleaning products as well as service?

Royal Building Cleaning can provide products and our team will monitor the inventory of products required for your facility and complete orders as required. This allows your own staff to focus on other important aspects of your business.

Does your company provide the supplies and equipment require to complete the maid services?

Yes, we provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment to complete your maid services. If you have a specific product request you may provide that product to our team.
