One of the first steps in our customer on boarding process is to perform a needs analysis site visit to take note of the specific needs for each customer and the specific needs in the industry that they are in. We Take the details from that site visit and build a custom program in our app that meets the needs of that customer in the industry that they are in.

In the initial on-site needs analysis site visit We gather all important customer information and gain understanding of their unique needs. Then we put that information in our system and then assign who we believe is the right cleaning partner for the project and this generally gives us confidence that the customer and their unique needs are set up to successfully be fulfilled!

There was a well-known business in Kingston that had a flood in their basement and it made a huge mess. I personally with two other Cleaning partners of ours quickly responded to the call and were able to take what was a very disappointing disaster for the customer, and turn it into a clean and organized space in a timely manner for them. It was greatly appreciated!
