Do I need a Credit Card for a deposit?
Nope! Astonize does not take deposits for our rentals. We simply require payment at the door (Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash) and photo ID to verify identity.
How do we pay?
Payment is accepted at the door. We have a portable debit machine for Visa, MasterCard and Debit transactions. For cash, we require exact change only as we do not carry around loose change.
How long are rental periods?
We offer a standard 24 Hour weekday rental period and we also offer a 48 Hour weekend rental period. Both include free delivery and pickup as well as no-charge accessory rental.
How often should I be deep cleaning my carpets?
Astonize recommends a thorough carpet cleaning every 3 to 6 months. Not only does proper maintenance of your carpets prolong its life but it also helps improve overall air quality of your home. A clean carpet is a healthy home!
