Are cleaning supplies included?

Cleaning supplies are included in every cleaning. If you prefer that we use a special cleaning product, give us a ring. You will need to purchase the special products and leave them out on cleaning day.

When am I charged for the service?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment. Please note that we do put a hold for the full amount 2-3 days before the service.

Do you provide the supplies?

All standard cleaning supplies are provided with the service. If you would like the cleaner to use something specific, please have it purchased and ready before the cleaners arrive.

Are cleaning company cleaners screened?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
