He was responsive when I first reached out by phone, very present and clear communicating when he would be by, and very competent in his diagnosis and servicing of my furnace.
I was in a tight spot, furnace broke Friday night, called AirFloPro and Jp showed up ten minutes later to diagnose!
I was surprised that he answered my call afterhours at 11:30pm at night and was at my house for 7:00am the very next day.
They went over and beyond to replace my heat pump during the coldest day of the winter.
