I appreciated the DKI project manager arrived at 9am on Saturday morning, the day after I reported the water damage loss to the insurance company, to do the initial loss assessment.
I just can’t imagine tony and Sean are amazing .
Their warehouse staff were very receptive when we had search through some of our items in our packed boxes (although sometimes it was difficult to find exact boxes - labelling and organization could've been a bit better).
They work directly with insurance and made the process seamless.
The staff & crew are professional, courtious, friendly and treat you and your belongings with respect.
The team that they put on site were so wonderful, and they had a wonderful eye for detail
Having gone through a very stressful plumbing problem, I was referred to DKI to help me with the clean up and repair of my basement.
The crew was super helpful in moving out of moving back in all our condo unit stuff and furniture when the unit was undergoing repairs.
Tony & Sean did an amazing job repairing my walls and painting them.
Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated on the plans, and progress of the project and promptly addressing any concerns I had.
