We painted the whole house, removed popcorn ceiling and added more lighting through out the house.
A few design items I would do differently next time however overall it's a big improvement and glad we did it.
We had Domilya group do a bathroom reno for us and it turned out beyond our expectations.
Added 2 bathrooms, tore down many walls to create open concept living space, flipped the stairwell direction, vaulted our ceilings, added new windows, etc.
We did most of the engagements, designs, material selection and modifications over zoom due to Covid restrictions and 14 days quarantine requirements in Canada that made it impractical for either of us to visit Canada until months after start of renovation.
It's worth mentioning that Rachid was flexible to our demand for access to one bathroom at all times, even though it resulted in extended construction time and he had to bring in some trades more than once.
