When I read the initial waiver with info about what to expect from a home inspection, there were clauses about all the things an inspector doesn't check for so I was a little skeptical but on the day Mike had tons of tools and checked things like moisture levels in walls, temperature in walls to see where we were losing heat, power to outlets and whether they were grounded.
Deserves 5 stars based on the amount of cobwebs unintentionally ingested on our behalf alone.
