We engaged Kinnee Contraction on a fairly extensive renovation: down to the studs, new plumbing, wiring, furnace, gas, hot water heater, safe and sound insulation throughout and all of the finishing.
Matt and his team recently completed phase one of a large renovation on our home in North Saanich, which included a full kitchen remodeling, den, lighting upgrades, flooring and trim throughout our 30 year old home.
Everyone at Kinnee Contracting who worked on my renovation project was top notch.

The fact that one of us was an “out of town” owner would have made many contractors “cringe” but Matt took it in stride and always worked in our best interests.
The neighbours once asking when we are going to tear the house down are now telling us how much they like the transformation.
They modified some internal kitchen walls for a new kitchen and open space, modified plumbing and electrical services, prepared a concrete patio and built a new cedar fence for us.

The team had excellent attention to detail, and the project was completed under budget and with our full satisfaction.
