Le succès de cette entreprise c'est une équipe exceptionnelle dont monsieur Fournier a su s'entourer : son épouse et ses filles. D'ailleurs, c'est l'aînée, Lise, qui a assuré jusqu'à ce jour les services administratifs. Afin de toujours mieux répondre aux besoins de la clientèle, son gendre, Robert se joint à l'équipe au début des années 80.
