I am an inexperienced strata council president, having Jason and his team on my side helps me keep control of all aspects of our buildings. Conversations with Jason also give me insight into successes or failures of other buildings, his opinions and experience in the strata industry is priceless. A+ in my books. As a unit owner of 10 years (Claridge Court), it is always easy to approach them when we need something, from access to elevators up to assisting us replacing our broken fob.
We have got multiple maintenance services at our condo from Jason in the last one year.
They scrubbed the balcony twice, though the quality was not up to their standard and they came in on a third separate occasion to pressure wash it.
Since Jason has been at Claridge Court the building has came a long way from falling to the ground
I would like to shout out Jason in particular - he has fixed numerous things in our suite and i couldn't ask for anyone nicer.
I would highly recommend Stratapro Solutions to anyone considering their services.
