I called for dishwasher repair and spoke with Serge. We spoke about the problem and model number of my dishwasher and he was kind enough to send his son-in-law Alex that evening. Alex arrived with a mask on 👏 he was friendly, obviously very knowledgable and extremely informative as to what he was doing and why! This really helped our 87-year-old family member Understand everything that he was doing! Great price! Great service! Great people! I am so glad that I found and chose Tricity appliance repair and will be definitely using them in the future for all my appliance repair!
