Right from the start, the sign up was easy, communication with tenant and other third parties was clear.
They place a high emphasis on planning the tenant profile so that all tenants in the building will get along well and go to great lengths to build good relationships with everyone involved.
After talking to a few and being generally underwhelmed, Walcott immediately stood out by travelling out of town to meet with me and explained their process, their experience, why they are different and exactly how they would manage our property.
The team at Walcott takes care of everything while I focus on investment, from time to time they bring me deals or I send them to check out a property I’m offering on.
