Do you sell parts?

We do not provide parts-only services. At ERT Appliance Services, we handle the repairs and order original parts for your specific model to ensure a proper job completion. If you happen to have the necessary parts already, we can still fix your appliance, but we cannot offer a warranty unless the parts are sourced through us.

When do I need my appliances serviced or repaired?

To prevent further damage and avoid higher repair costs, it is advisable to contact the repair service as soon as you notice that your appliance is not functioning correctly or has completely stopped working. Delaying repairs may exacerbate the issue and lead to more complex and costly fixes.

How will I know the technician is coming?

When you schedule an appointment with us or confirm one of your preferred appointment times, we will provide you with a confirmed booking window. Additionally, you have the option to request a phone call from the technician 30 minutes before the service call.
