FAQs

Do I need to apply for building permits or other documents before you begin work?

This depends on the scope of the work and Align Developments involvement. Typically we can facilitate the process that will establish the need for a permit and at that point decide who is responsible for pulling the permits if required.

Will the same tradespeople be working on my renovation every day?

Construction is a process made up of many parts, each happening at their own specific time. As a result the Align team with be the consistent faces on the job managing the trades as scheduled.

Will the workers be using my bathroom during the renovation?

If a bathroom is available we can work out the terms of bathroom usage during the project. If not available there are other options we can explore together.
