If there is side walk chalk on your driveway we ask that it is washed off the night before your appointment. Asphalt must be dry for sealing. We power broom & blow off each driveway/parking lot before sealing. If your driveway is extremely dirty and you wish to power wash or hose it down, please do it 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled sealing appointment. If your neighbours driveway is joined or very close to your own, please inform them that your driveway is scheduled to be sealed. Please have no vehicles in the driveway or parked at the end of the driveway while we are working. This gives use room for our equipment and keeps your vehicle a safe distance away from blowing dust or stones while we are cleaning your property.

Yes. If it has rained the previous night or if rain is in the forecast for the day of scheduled work, we may call to reschedule your appointment. We understand this is an inconvenience, but the pavement must be dry to ensure the sealing is completed properly and to our standards. Wind is also a factor for sealing. No sealing is done on days with high winds.

Yearly. The asphalt will continue to expand and contract with the warm and cold weather. The crack filler will extend the life of the asphalt by preventing water getting into the asphalt base.

Yes we can still seal it. We ask you to remember that crack filling is a preventive measure, but will not "fix" cracks. Cracks that are more than an 1/8 inch in width should be repaired. We will fill the cracks prior to sealing.
