Il existe deux méthodes de gainage pour réparer des vieilles conduites endommagées. La première consiste à insérer la gaine par tirage ou poussage. Vous pouvez lire sur ce sujet ici (article en anglais seulement). La deuxième méthode, celle de l’inversion, consiste à placer une gaine imprégnée de résine à l’envers dans une conduite. Lorsque de l’air comprimé y est soufflé, la résine se fixe à cette conduite. Si cette méthode peut sembler séduisante, il existe de nombreux avantages à insérer une gaine par tirage ou poussage.
