Do I need to be home for the estimate or on the day the tree is cut?

Absolutely not. For the estimate: Your presence is unnecessary as long as we have photos of the work and a detailed description of your requirements. For the workday: Your presence is not required. The attending crew is briefed on every job and has access to photos taken during the quote process.

What are the signs of tree decay and rot?
