What are your terms of payment?

We will usually request a deposit before the work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For larger jobs, we may also request a progress payment. We accept cash, e-transfer, and certified bank cheques as forms of payment.

What happens if I want to make a change after the work for my project has started?

Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate any changes you request. We will issue you a new estimate by email outlining the changes and associated costs and ensure you are happy with the estimate before proceeding.

Do you deal with insurance claims?

Yes. We can help you with drainage issues, roadway and driveway washout, septic flooding, damaged septic tanks and fields, basement waterproofing, concrete foundation crack repair, and more. We have experience with projects involving civil engineers and Nova Scotia Environment. Contact us with any questions or concerns.
