Our Merrickville Grove Townhomes are starting to come to life🪄✨ Our goal was to create housing that complemented the community, with an offering that embraced the heritage aspect and natural landscape features. To accomplish this, our design team canvassed the buildings in the heritage district of town to identify and catalogue the buildings’ features. Through this we were able to incorporate a variety of heritage details to our exterior facades including coined brick corners with colour staging, arched windows, stone and full brick facades, Corbels where appropriate, historic colours palettes, and so much more. Every aspect of this community was carefully selected to fit in while standing out! Merrickville Grove, 83-unit townhome development in the heart of Merrickville, Ontario.
