Our standard home inspection will typically include an evaluation of the following components and systems:Roofing and exterior componentsStructure and foundationPlumbing systemsElectrical systemsHeating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systemsInterior components, such as walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windowsInsulation and ventilation in the attic and crawl spaceKitchen appliances (visually) In addition to the inspection itself, we will provide a comprehensive report of their findings, including any issues or defects discovered during the inspection. The report may also include recommendations for repairs or further evaluations by specialists if necessary.

What types of tools do you use during the inspection?
