Yes you do need a home inspection. When you get a home inspection before you buy your new home or move into your brand new build you protect yourself. The things learned during a home inspection can save you thousands of dollars and surprises that could cause regret. A home inspection will include but not limited to: -Roof -Exterior -Heating and Cooling -Electrical -Foundation and Structure -Attic -Plumbing I also include thermal imaging, this can help find hidden leaks and missing insulation. Radon, this is a gas that comes from the soil and can have some health concerns. Air quality, this can detect fine particulates in the air and formaldehyde. Use of a drone, some roofs are not safe to walk or are not accessibly, with a drone I can see what others can't. I am also include all these things for one price so you don't have to worry about deciding what is important in the inspection.
