Expert Home Stagers in Elora, ON

This is another major 2018 project for our firm. With a total area of 6000 square feet of finished outdoor living space, the 24x40 custom pool (installed by Splash Pools) is enclosed by 240 linear feet of black metal fencing. A Banas Square Cut Flagstone pathway was rebuilt and tied into the multi-shade grey hued stamped concrete decking and matches the nearly 90 linear feet of armour stone installed. 7 unique garden areas, including a sodded area for the homeowner's pet, were constructed. We selected shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses based on a "tropical theme" using complimentary colours, seasonal interest/colour, as well as sun and heat tolerance, as guides for the primarily Southern facing gardens. Plantings were set in Contractor grade fabric topped with 3" of black beauty mulch; creating an ultra low maintenance landscape. The nearly 10000 square feet disrupted during construction were meticulously graded and seeded at 3X the recommended coverage in order to establish a thick lush lawn outside the new living space.
