Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all around the GTA. Here is a list of cities where we deliver Toronto Mississauga Milton Oakville Burlington Brampton Georgetown Etobicoke North York Vaughan Guelph Cambridge Kitchener Waterloo Caledon For inquiries about cities not list please give us a call.
What are the delivery instructions?
Make sure you are present at the scheduled time. Have the areas where the furniture is going be fully ready. Have the driveway cleared. Make sure all renovations and cleaning at the property are finished prior to the furniture delivery.
How does payment work?
Payment info is required in our contract, once the order has been confirmed. Payment is taken prior to delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and EMT. We require a valid credit card on file till all items are returned.
What happens if items are damaged?
Depending on the damage you would either have to pay for the repair or buy the damaged item. Damages like small stains, dirt marks, and superficial scuffs can be removed by our team at no cost.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer one complimentary item that is $50 or less on orders over $800. We offer $100 off any orders over $1,000. We offer $150 off any orders over $1,500. We offer $200 off any orders over $2,000 And so on and so forth.
