What is the difference between a single and a two stage furnace system?

Furnace systems that have single-stage heating mean they have a fixed gas valve and a single-speed blower motor. A two stage furnace system has two levels of output to achieve more sophisticated demand of heating. Two stage furnaces are more superior as they are able to operate at a lower gas consumption for majority of the day and has little temperature variance.

What is the installation cost for an AC?

It is dependent on the AC functionalities of your choice but it can range from $3500 to $7000, with average of $5000. Ask about our rebate offers and we will look after you.

What are the different types of air conditioners?

There are room air conditioners and central air conditioners. Room air conditioners can be window or wall mounted, or a portable style. These systems will be smaller in size because they help circulate fresh, breezy air in a specific area. A central air conditioner can be a single package unit, split system, or hidden in the mini ducts. Since this circulates air all throughout the home/space, the system will be bigger and so there may be multiple components, indoor units and outdoor units.

Depending on the model and product type of your AC that you purchase, you may qualify for different rebates. Contact our team to find out what savings you are eligible for!

What is the AC maintenance plan?

Similar to the furnace maintenance plan, the AC maintenance plan helps ensure your AC system is operating at the highest efficiency and providing a most comfortable living environment. The monthly cost for this program is $9.99 + HST/month. If you purchase a new AC system with Constant Home Comfort, the program goes down to $8.99 + HST/month.
