Do I Need To Vacuum Before The Service?

If you can that Is Always Appreciated. However, we may choose to prevacuum the areas as well. Routine Vacuuming Will Extend The Life And Beauty Of Your Carpets.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Unlike (HWE) Hot water extraction or Steam cleaning methods where your carpets may get soaked and take 8 to 16 hours or longer to dry, our process is typically dry in 1-2 hours. Preventing mold , avoid loosening of the carpets and other potential problems.

Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?

No. As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, we just need to call and do a credit card payment over the phone prior starting the job. We can take before and after pictures for you and text them to you along with a professional receipt.
