She thought she was getting just a simple run of the mill archway that we quoted her for but this time we went above and beyond to surprise her with a custom cedar archway on exposed aggregate footings! She was so thrilled and thought I was going to charge extra on top of the quote. I told her NO! We stick to our prices and this was a gift to her. We like our customers, treat them like we do our friends, and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. That's what you are paying for when you hire the Dream Team!
