What is your hourly rate?

For l andscape maintenance we charge an annual rate, invoiced monthly, to maintain your property. Exterior cleaning rates are based on measurements, usually priced by the square foot.

Do you provide service to residential clients?

Our specialization is large stratas and commercial properties, however we do service residential lawn and garden clients for weekly service in Surrey. We are very particular about whom we choose to work with. Our Exterior Cleaning division serves both residential and commercial clients.

Is it a good idea to clean your roof?

Moss and algae can grow on your roof, and while they may not seem like a big deal, they can actually cause serious damage. Moss and algae hold moisture against your roof, which can lead to rot and leaks. In addition, when moss and algae grow on your roof, they can make your home look old and unkempt.
