Sometimes weather just doesn't cooperate allowing us to do a good job of proper waste removal. Spring and summer may have heavy rain and winter may have snow accumulation or extreme temperatures. In that case, we will do our very best to let you know ahead of time that we will not be able to provide service that week. You will not be charged for the skipped week and service will resume the following week as scheduled but we may charge for two weeks since we'll be picking up two weeks worth of waste. Initial Cleans may be required if it has been more than a week since your yard was last fully cleared of pet waste. There is generally more time spent cleaning your yard and there is more waste to dispose of on the first, initial visit.
