We’re committed to providing the highest quality lawn and garden maintenance in the Comox Valley. Our team of eight professionals works from early spring to late fall caring for the lawns and gardens of our happy customers in Comox and Courtenay.nGreen Goat is looking for professional, hard-working individuals who can deliver our high-quality service with a sense of ownership and fun. Must be able to work independently, make decisions and take on responsibility. nCrew Leader Position:nFull-time position (approx 40 hrs a week) running a small 2-3 person crew mowing lawns.nResponsibilities and Duties:n- supervise and run the daily operation of a small mowing crewn- mow and line trim with professional quality resultsn- customer relations, dealing with customers in a professional and friendly mannern- maintaining daily work logs and recordsn- train and mentor crew membersn- accurately follow schedules and instructionsn- follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environmentnRequired Qualifications:n- Must enjoy working on very hot days, very cold days, rainy days, and beautiful days.n- Team Playern- Non-Smokern- BC Drivers Licensen- Smartphonen- Clean Driving Recordn- Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labour - can pick up or move 50lbsn- ReferencesnCheck out our website: www.greengoatlawncare.canPlease reply with your resume.
