I honestly love my position, my coworkers, the company, and all that my job entails – and I’m not just saying that for the sake of this post!”nnWhen asked what he appreciates about the door and hardware industry, Phil commented: “…The fact that it’s everchanging and there are constantly things to learn…New innovative products, a range of needs specific to each project. The door & hardware industry in general is just a lot more interesting and vaster than one might think.”nnWhen asked what makes Allmar a good place to work, Phil indicated that: “It can be fast-paced and challenging, while at the same time the culture is laid back and everyone is great at supporting one another.
