Is your plumbing to code?

Yes, Plumbhartt is fully licensed, insured, and in good standing with WorkSafeBC. We ensure that all our plumbing work is up to code and meets all regulations and requirements. Our team of expert plumbers are knowledgeable and experienced in the latest plumbing codes and standards, and we take great care to ensure that all work we perform is of the highest quality and meets or exceeds all necessary codes and regulations. You can rest assured that when you choose Plumbhartt, your plumbing is in compliance with all necessary codes and regulations.

What happens if you can't fix the issue?

Plumbhartt has experienced and highly trained plumbers who are equipped to handle a wide range of plumbing emergencies. However, in the rare event that we are unable to fix the issue, we will not bill for any hours incurred trying to fix the issue. However, we do have to charge a dispatch fee to cover the cost of sending a plumber to your location. We will work with you to find a solution to the problem and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.

What kind of plumbing services do you offer?

We offer full plumbing services, including emergency plumbing repairs, installation and repair of hot water tanks and boilers, gas fitting, and renovation services, plumbing fixuture installation and repair, and so much more! How are your services billed?

As part of our Plumbhartt Promise, we will always provide upfront, clear pricing for all services before we get started. Plumbhartt bills for our services based on the job, materials required, and the amount of time required to complete it. We will provide you with our best estimate for time required for work before a plumbing expert is dispatched, and upon your acceptance we will move forward with the work. After work is successfully completed we provide you with a detailed invoice outlining all charges as agreed upon, and we accept payment by all major credit cards as well as cash or cheque.

What should I do if I have a plumbing emergency?

If you have a plumbing emergency, the first thing you should do is turn off the water supply to your home or business to prevent any further damage. Then, give us a call and we will send a plumber to your location as soon as possible. See our Emergency Plumbing page here for all the details!
