We try to accommodate everyone's busy schedule. When requesting our services please specify when you were hoping to have the work done. Then we can book you in for a particular date or schedule the work for as soon as possible.

We conduct ourselves as professionals whether we are in front of customers or left to work alone. I trust the people I work with and all of my employees are bondable. When working outside we can usually complete all of the work alone, unless outside screens need to be removed. To work inside we need permission from the home owner, as well as access to the inside windows or to remove outside screens.

No we do not use harmful chemicals. We use ecofriendly soaps that dissolve when watered down. We also make sure to clean up our work area so there is no residual soap or mess.

Windows, siding, and eavestroughs will need to be cleaned at least once in the year to prevent any wear or damage to the house. We recommend having these cleaning services twice a year to keep up with general maintenance and to prolong the quality of these fixtures. The best times for these services are Spring after the thaw and Autumn after the leaves fall.

Cleaning sky lights and ceiling windows are an additional service that is not included in a general house quote unless formally requested. It is to be made clear if requesting for sky lights or ceiling windows if the customer is asking to have outside, inside, or both sides of the glass cleaned.
