Rental property house from real estate investor in Niagara Falls. We renovated for best ROI as in cost and quality so that real estate investor can make best return out of this property. Made an extra room for extra profit. This property was originally being renovated by another contractor who did horrible job. We got a call from the home owner asking for help so we had to kick him out and wrap up every bad work he had done with limited budget. It is much harder and stressful to continue someone else's work, but sometimes he just have to finish the work for tenants to be able to live and owner to make profit.
