We are just as happy to tackle a small project, as we are a big one. Although the majority of jobs we take on are large in scope, such as a new home construction or commercial renovation project, we usually have time in our schedule to fit in small jobs, such as building a fence or laying down a hardwood floor.

We have our own tight-knit crew of dedicated, experienced and talented builders. We also have close relationships with many of Eastern Ontario's plumbers and electricians. If we take on responsibility for a project, we like to know that the people working on it are reliable and will meet our high standards.

It is a simple fact that when doing renovations, we will come across problems that may or not be another builders' error, such as a sloping floor or walls that are not square. We will discuss the problem with you, and let you know in advance how we plan to deal with it. In many instances, if the problem itself cannot be fixed, the new work can be adjusted in such a way as to mitigate any negative outcomes.

We like to keep a tidy work site, and minimize the impact of our work on the surrounding area. Therefore we will be cleaning up throughout the day, and at the end of each day a more complete clean-up is undertaken. We seek to minimize any dust or particles, such as that which occurs by sanding drywall, by using technology (vacuum sanders) and best practices. After the job is complete, we make a thorough inspection of the work area to ensure it is as clean as possible.

We set aside time each year to attend seminars and courses on the latest building products and techniques. Home building has changed tremendously in just the past 10 years, so it is important to understand what new products, practices and/or efficiencies are available.
