How will I know if a roof has problems?

Roof problems are generally discovered after leaking or other serious damage occurs. The condition of the shingles will determine whether a repair or replacement roof is appropriate. When worn out, shingles sometimes curl, warp or lose granules and may have missing or damaged shingle tabs. Pay particular attention to any visible signs inside of your home such as cracked paint, discolored plasterboard, and peeling wallpaper.

Does this mean I need a new one?

Not necessarily. You may only need repair work. Leaking can result because some flashings have come loose or because a section of the roof has been damaged. The best way to determine the problem is to call in a professional roofing company for an evaluation. We offer FREE roofing inspections. What kind of roof do I need?

Once we have started work on your home, that work is not interrupted until it is completed (weather permitting). When your job is scheduled, it is the only job for that crew until completion.
