How do you handle ventilation and insulation with the new roof installation?

Intake and exit ventilations are inspected. If they're not adequate, we will advise the client of the options to handle them. If insulation issues are present, we will advise the client of the options to correct them.

What measures do you take to ensure the safety of my property during the roofing process?

Property protection is of utmost importance to us. From uni stone driveways and walkways to flower beds and garden lawns. We do our best to leave your property as soon as we arrive or Better. From laying out tarps over work areas to cleaning nails, we do our best to ensure nothing on the property is damaged or affected by the work.

How do you handle potential issues or repairs after the installation is complete?

Typically your roof is covered fully for the extent of the labour warranty. Clients will be charged for additional work or any other changes decided upon after the work is complete.

How do you handle inclement weather during the roof installation process?

Your warranty on leaks starts once we arrive on site. Depending on the roof, we only open what we can seal during the day. We also keep close tabs on the weather. Sometimes we only open the roof partially if bad weather is expected to ensure we keep your house watertight.
