FAQs

What is the difference between a holding tank and a septic tank?

A Holding tank does not allow for any of its contents to leach away into the ground, unlike a septic tank that uses a leaching field to distribute waste water back into the ground.

How can I prepare my tank for a pump out?

Make sure the access lids located at either side of the tank are completely uncovered. Our qualified staff will remove them at the time of the pump out.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do if you book 2 or more pump outs in the same area at the same time. For example if you and your neighbour book together you both save $25 off each pump out.
